1、参与国际化产品中机器学习、自然语言处理、大模型算法及LLM Agent的研发工作，重点探索其在隐私安全，法律领域的应用，助力公司相关业务提效与自动化； 2、参与设计和实现机器学习、自然语言处理、大模型相关的基础设施、框架和工具链，推动技术方案在实际业务场景中落地； 3、关注并学习业界前沿的机器学习、自然语言处理和大模型Agent相关技术，参与隐私大模型能力优化，持续提升平台能力与算法使用效率； 4、参与算法模型到API服务的部署、机器学习系统架构设计与工程化落地，在真实业务场景中提升算法研发与系统工程能力。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机科学、人工智能、数据科学、自然语言处理、机器学习等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的算法与工程基础，对语言大模型、多模态大模型、智能代理Agent技术及大模型部署流程有学习、研究或项目实践经验者优先；熟悉或有Python/Go语言相关编程经验，具备良好的编程习惯、代码管理意识和工程实践能力；有参与大模型应用开发、模型评测、自动化评估或相关科研/课程/竞赛项目经验者优先； 3、了解常见深度学习框架及推理部署工具，如PyTorch、vLLM等，能够完成模型推理、部署、实验分析和效果优化等工作； 4、对自然语言处理、大模型应用、Agent系统、隐私计算或法律科技等方向有浓厚兴趣，具备较强的学习能力、问题分析能力和技术探索热情； 5、具备良好的沟通协作能力，愿意理解真实业务需求，并将业务问题转化为可落地的技术方案； 6、有一定学术研究背景，在机器学习、自然语言处理、大模型、多模态、Agent等相关方向发表过高质量论文，或有优秀开源项目、科研项目、竞赛成果者优先。
