1、基于To B金融产品特性，分层管理企业客户线索（按行业、规模、需求类型等维度），制定差异化电销触达策略（含沟通话术、跟进节奏、资源匹配规则），结合市场竞争环境与客户生命周期，设计电销转化漏斗优化方案，提升线索-意向-成交的全流程转化率； 2、建立To B电销数据指标体系（如线索响应率、商机转化率、客户LTV等），通过数据分析定位流程卡点并迭代策略，推动AI外呼、智能话术、智能SNS辅助等工具在To B场景的适配应用，优化卖家和客户的沟通体验与电销团队产能； 3、与业务、产品、风控团队联动，确保电销话术匹配产品要求和合规要求，同步客户需求以支撑产品迭代，协调和管理外呼本地坐席，为高价值企业客户提供精准的电销-面访衔接服务； 4、负责电销团队和外包的目标拆解、绩效跟踪与专业培训（含To B金融产品知识、企业客户沟通技巧），沉淀电销策略方法论，形成可复用的工具包与流程规范。

1、本科及以上学历，金融、市场营销、统计学等相关专业优先； 2、良好的沟通能力和英语听说对话水平； 3、3~5年ToB业务策略/电销运营经验，具备金融产品（特别是面向企业的金融场景）电销经验者优先； 4、具备ToB客户分层与需求洞察能力，熟悉企业决策链特点； 5、掌握数据分析工具（如SQL、Excel），能独立完成策略效果的量化评估； 6、具备跨部门资源协调能力，可推动复杂业务流程的落地。
