1、负责某AI业务在达人营销广告流量的规模化经营，为用户增长指标（DNU/留存/成本）直接负责； 2、独立负责达人内容体系等核心投放形态，推动量级放量与效率优化，主导达人内容策略、素材范式迭代； 3、作为业务对外接口，与产品、算法、内广、代理等多方高密度协作，推动跨团队方法论沉淀与代理团队能力升级。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上达人营销/内容营销/效果投放相关工作经验，有AI产品/工具类产品营销经验者优先； 2、独立负责过完整业务线，有从0-1跑通新方向或规模化经营已有业务的完整履历，能在复杂业务下自主拆解问题、系统性给方案，具备主动预判+提前止损的判断力； 3、对短视频内容有独立判断力，能识别内容结构上的问题和机会点；有主导过内容方向切换/素材范式验证的经验；对AI内容工具有实操经验或强好奇心； 4、熟悉巨量星图达人合作的完整链路，有业务操盘经验，能独立做投放中出价/版位/时段/人群等策略调整，多平台经验加分； 5、具备数据结构性归因能力，能自主拉数、看透后端指标； 6、能与产品/算法/内广/代理多方高密度拉齐的沟通密度，具备方法论沉淀意识，能将实践成果沉淀为SOP/框架供团队复用。
