1、本科以上学历，1年以上产品运营工作经验，熟悉互联网信贷产品或有相关工作经验者优先； 2、熟悉各类型流量拓展与合作和营销活动策划，擅长对外沟通，有商业化投放经验优先，有信息流投放和端外流量拓展经验加分； 3、有较强的数据分析和处理能力，善于寻找业务机会，学习能力强，吃苦耐劳； 4、能够较好的整合内外部资源，具备较强的项目执行管理能力。
