1、负责医疗业务模型的建设和维护支持工作，负责问题特征聚类、大模型调用、微调、评估优化，输出合理准确的标注规则及评测标准，构建训练集、测试集、提升模型指标评估等； 2、深入理解业务需求和数据特征，和算法、产品团队紧密配合，通过PE、RAG、微调等技术提升内容识别、理解、问题发现等场景的应用效果；支持业务工具模板优化及通用模型能力的接入，提升效率与准确性； 3、推动模型在业务中的创新应用，包括但不限于搭建适合领域的微调方案、设计多模型融合策略、优化模型部署上线流程，推动模型规模化落地； 4、持续跟踪AI前沿技术动态、推动大模型与行业知识库、业务规则的结合，构建可复用的模型能力。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学、数学、统计学专业背景，对数据敏感，具备AI应用落地经验方法论，有成体系的项目管理经验，有医疗相关专业背景优先； 2、具备较好的业务理解能力，能站在业务角度听懂需求，同时理解模型能力边界、优化方向，能转化为技术语言； 3、熟练掌握Prompt工程、微调技术等大模型技术，能独立搭建业务Agent；参与过大语言模型的训练和优化迭代过程，包括预训练、SFT以及强化学习等； 4、执行力强，责任心强，主动自驱，对新产品、新技术有好奇心和探索欲，能适应多变的工作环境。
