1、负责招聘中心（Talent Acquisition Center）部分产品线的业务策略制定和商业分析工作，基于部门业务战略方向，支持部门和产品线负责人明确目标、制定策略、建立指标与分析体系、搭建必要的工具系统； 2、参与年度部门和产品线战略制定，基于扎实的数据分析、充分的内外部调研，协助部门和产品线制定中长期业务战略； 3、支持产品线负责人拆解战略和目标，统筹协调相关方把战略落实到具体的业务策略方案和业务目标，过程中有效监测执行情况，及时解决问题、确保目标达成； 4、负责对应产品线的经营分析工作，建设并完善产品线的分析指标与数据体系，确保相关负责人能够准确、及时的了解业务经营情况，能对重点问题进行下探分析，提供准确的归因和解决建议。

1、本科及以上学历，业务商业分析经验优先； 2、具备优秀的沟通理解能力，能有效理解业务团队的本质需求； 3、具备优秀的项目规划、统筹与推进能力，以结果为导向，具备强烈的责任心，能高效管理多个并行策略与分析项目，并推动业务目标达成； 4、具备扎实的数据分析与逻辑思维能力，能通过数据驱动业务策略的制定与执行。
