1、负责抖音支付商家体验运营，根据商家真实业务场景，挖掘体验痛点，持续提升商家产品体验； 2、监控业务数据，定位体验问题根因，输出可落地的产品优化建议； 3、联动产品研发推进体验优化需求落地，跟进需求评审、灰度上线、效果复盘全流程； 4、跟进业务专项、产品改造、场景升级的日常运营工作，制定商家体验预防与兜底方案； 5、沉淀商家体验运营方法，对负责的业务，能搭建常态化运营流程。

1、3年以上支付产品相关商家运营、商家服务或支付产品相关工作经验，了解支付产品基本链路； 2、具备B端商家相关运营经验，拥有较强的客户意识，能洞察商家核心诉求与体验痛点； 3、有独立数据分析能力，擅长通过数据波动、客户投诉拆解定位业务问题，推动指标优化能力； 4、具备优秀的跨团队协作能力，可联动上下游推进需求落地，能够独立推动产品体验迭代与流程优化； 5、逻辑清晰、执行力强、自驱力强，具备良好的问题闭环意识。
