1、负责电商客服系统的优化迭代跟进：围绕电商客服各类系统与工具，结合业务发展、一线使用反馈和效率问题，推动系统能力持续优化与版本迭代，提升系统可用性、易用性和业务适配度； 2、负责需求管理与需求闭环：建立并持续完善客服系统需求管理机制，完成需求收集、分类、优先级判断、方案协同、排期跟进、上线验收及结果复盘，提升需求流转效率与落地质量； 3、负责跨团队协同推进：作为需求和落地过程中的关键连接角色，协同产品、研发、业务、培训和运营等相关团队，推动复杂项目与重点需求高质量落地； 4、负责系统GTM规划与推广落地：围绕客服系统的新功能、新策略和重点项目，制定GTM方案，推动功能宣导、培训赋能、应用推广、使用答疑及运营机制沉淀，保障能力被有效理解、采纳和使用； 5、负责一线反馈与使用问题洞察及数据驱动的运营分析：结合客服作业场景、系统使用数据和一线反馈，识别影响效率和体验的关键问题，形成可执行的优化建议并推动落地；建立并持续优化关键指标体系，围绕功能渗透率、使用率、问题解决效率、需求交付效果等维度开展数据分析，支持优化决策与项目复盘； 6、负责重点专项推动：围绕服务效率提升、流程机制优化、重点系统推广等方向独立负责专项项目，推进目标拆解、节奏管理、资源协同及最终结果交付。

1、具备3年左右产品运营、系统运营工作经验，有电商平台或客服场景经验者优先； 2、熟悉需求管理和项目推进流程，具备较强的需求识别、优先级判断、过程推进和闭环复盘能力； 3、具备一定的GTM经验，能够围绕系统功能或项目落地制定推广、培训、宣导和运营方案，并推动实际应用效果达成； 4、具备较强的业务理解能力与数据分析能力： 1）能够快速理解电商客服业务场景、系统链路和一线作业模式，并从效率提升角度提出解决方案； 2）能够熟练使用SQL、Excel或其他分析工具，通过数据定位问题、评估效果并支持优化决策； 5、具备清晰的结构化思考能力与流程梳理能力，能够处理复杂问题并推动多方形成有效协同； 6、具备较强的沟通协调能力、主人翁意识与自驱学习执行力： 1）能独立推动跨团队项目落地，对结果负责； 2）能够适应快速变化的业务环境，对提升服务效率和系统运营质量有持续热情。
