1、协助MC受理平台产生的市场管理转办外溢、舆情客户投诉，推动问题及时有效解决，并对处理结果负责； 2、能精准识别出客户投诉问题中存在的风险隐患，及时升级预警，基于案例发现公司业务中存在的市场管理合规风险，并协调多方资源推动整改解决； 3、有独立处理重大事故、危机事件的能力，包括安抚用户避免风险升级与协调相关部门共同解决问题； 4、协助MC完成市场管理相关的沟通及其他交办的工作，对于市场管理侧的需求、问题做好转达并协助解决，做好属地市场管理相关机构的关系维护。

1、本科及以上学历，具备2年及以上复杂客户投诉处置经验，具备丰富的升级、舆情受理经验； 2、处理过市场管理领域投诉举报案件、上门拜访等重大案例经验的优先，有过相关单位的对接经验优先； 3、工作细心严谨，具备较强的学习能力，能够快速学习理解相关业务； 4、诚信正直，具有强烈责任感和执行力； 5、具有较强的应变能力，沟通能力强。
