1、负责KA商家成长策略设计，围绕商家分层、生命周期、经营能力等维度，制定增长策略与运营机制； 2、基于业务目标和数据洞察，识别KA商家经营中的关键问题与机会，输出策略方案并推动落地； 3、协同销售、行业运营、产品、数据等团队，推动商家成长策略线上化、机制化、产品化，提升运营效率； 4、负责重点商家成长项目，包括分层运营、经营诊断、激励牵引、能力提升等，持续提升商家规模与经营质量； 5、建立策略效果评估与复盘机制，沉淀可复制的方法论，支持业务决策和长期增长。

1、本科及以上学历，2年以上策略运营、商家运营、商业分析或平台运营相关经验，熟悉SQL、数据看板、策略分析方法； 2、理解平台型业务和商家经营逻辑，有电商、本地生活、B端商家运营或KA运营经验优先； 3、具备较强的数据分析和结构化思考能力，能从复杂业务中定位问题、拆解策略并推动解决； 4、具备优秀的跨团队协同和项目推进能力，结果导向，能在不确定环境中推动业务落地； 5、对商家成长、经营提效、平台机制建设有热情，有策略产品化或运营体系搭建经验优先。
