1、负责火山引擎（国内）/云视频产品的技术交付与集成支持，深入理解客户需求和业务场景，参与客户接入、方案设计、问题定位与交付推进，推动产品能力高质量落地，保障项目顺利实施与客户预期达成； 2、为客户提供具备技术竞争力、可交付性强，并兼顾成本、稳定性与体验优势的解决方案； 3、收集交付过程中的产品需求、体验问题及产品缺陷，协同内部产品研发团队推动产品优化迭代； 4、沉淀技术交付方法论、最佳实践和知识文档，协助平台工具建设，承担团队赋能与培训工作，持续提升团队交付效率与整体技术交付能力及规模化交付水平。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3年及以上技术交付工作经验； 2、了解公有云、音视频、网络等相关产品架构与技术原理，熟悉视频直播、视频点播、实时音视频（RTC）、图片处理等相关技术； 3、具备复杂B端、中后台、控制台或平台型产品经验，能够支持复杂配置、交互和业务流程场景； 4、熟悉技术方案设计、接口联调、问题排查、性能优化及稳定性保障，能够独立推动复杂问题解决； 5、具备较强的业务理解、问题分析与跨团队沟通协作能力，能够推动复杂项目高效落地； 6、有较强的文档写作、知识沉淀和培训赋能能力，具备良好的团队合作精神；中文可作为主要工作语言进行口头与书面沟通。

加分项 1、有项目管理、技术交付、前端开发、客户端开发或技术支持经验； 2、有Android/iOS移动端直播、播放器、RTC相关开发或集成经验；有Web端音视频产品或云视频平台经验； 3、具备英文沟通能力； 4、有云控制台、SaaS平台、配置平台、数据平台等企业产品经验； 5、有前端工程化、平台化、可视化配置或交付工具建设经验； 6、有面向客户的技术支持、解决方案或复杂交付项目经验。
