团队介绍：抖音内容质量与数据服务平台（简称CQC）归属于抖音集团，负责今日头条、抖音等产品内容和抖音集团商业内容的安全质量与体验。平台下设内容质量中心、商业生态与安全、生态治理与增长支持等业务，在全国20余个城市均有分布。 自成立以来，CQC持续守护抖音集团旗下包括抖音、今日头条、番茄小说、飞书、红果短剧等产品在内的安全、质量与体验，优化产品内创作与交流环境，且在各产品运营增长方面开展支持工作。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、基于抖音内容治理业务，挖掘可借助大模型实现自动审核、提效、提质的Agent搭建场景； 2、通过分析业务流程，制定大模型应用策略，探索大模型接入业务后的收益并持续优化，实现模型与业务需求的高度契合； 3、依据业务对大模型的需求，借助工具和算法，通过自动化Workflow、Agent搭建等方式解决业务问题；或进一步对模型做微调训练，通过常规SFT等手段满足业务需求； 4、与规则、数据、策略运营等多团队构建高效协作机制，推动大模型从测试到应用的全生命周期管理。

1、硕士及以上学位在读，计算机科学与技术、信息与计算科学、数据科学、理工学科等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的理论基础；熟悉大模型训练RM、RL、NLP、CV相关的算法和技术，可使用Python/Java/Go/JavaScript/C/C++二种以上主流语言，熟悉主流数据库的操作，如：MySQL、PostgreSQL、Oracle等优先； 3、熟悉模型技术，具备出色的Prompt Engineering经验，能够独立设计并优化复杂的Prompt策略形成工作流，以解决不同类型的业务员需求，深入理解AI Agents原理，能够灵活运用大模型工具解决实际业务问题； 4、对新技术和新领域保持强烈的学习热情，能够快速适应不断变化的任务和要求。
