日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责特效/模板投稿运营工作，为提升UGC投稿目标服务； 2、基于核心人群，挖掘用户创作动机及创作需求，与团队紧密配合共同推动高效创作特效/模板等玩法； 3、跟进内容活动落地，监控内容供给及转化等数据指标，配合制作、上线、推广宣发等工作； 4、研究特效内容趋势和用户消费习惯，快速捕捉各社交平台热点，分析站内外高热特效内容特征。

1、本科及以上学历在读，设计专业背景者优先； 2、每周至少4天以上工作时间，至少连续实习3个月以上； 3、学习能力强，具有责任心，具备良好的沟通协调能力，善于思考和数据分析； 4、有特效制作、视频剪辑经验、内容运营经验者优先。
