1、负责国际化达人营销的流量增长和广告转化能力增长，从平台视角出发，设计更加创新、灵活、高效的达人广告增长机制，为达人营销收入和贡献的广告收入负责； 2、调研国际达人营销玩法和客户需求；设计和优化达人广告玩法，包括策略制定、样式交互、流量提升、创新任务模式，引入客户预算； 3、深入了解国际不同行业的达人营销和广告投放诉求，针对行业痛点和特性，提供行业定制的达人营销产品解决方案，提升达人营销产品在快消品牌、电商、食品、游戏等行业的规模； 4、梳理客户/机构/达人/平台的关系，挖掘并解决各角色的工作流和增长痛点，制定规模化增长的方案。

1、本科及以上学历，1年以上流量/广告产品经验，有内容营销或广告策略相关业务经验者优先； 2、能深入理解达人营销的商业模型，有撮合类（任务类）商业平台产品经验优先； 3、产品基本功扎实，能从客户视角出发，对商业逻辑和客户反馈敏感，可以快速输出高质量产品文档； 4、有良好的责任心及自我驱动能力，能够在快节奏、动态的环境中协调多方资源，达成业务目标； 5、英语写作能力流畅，英文能够作为工作语言。
