1、负责抖音APP-商城内超值购及秒杀频道的推荐策略，包括商品推荐分发策略、用户浏览体验、用户场景增长、优质供给特征引入，达成用户规模增长和GMV规模增长、兼顾用户体验目标； 2、充分理解商品推荐的全流程，能够针对业务目标完成基于推荐系统、用户价值、供需撮合的全流程优化； 3、设计完善相关策略的体验目标与结果评估指标，完成不同策略的效果验证并持续迭代； 4、深入理解推荐流程及基本原理，与算法、技术、数据分析紧密协作，推动产品和策略方案落地，对推荐结果的最终目标负责。
