1、问询案件处理：全流程处理问询项目所分配的监管问询，包括接收、分类、起草回复、内外部协调及案件闭环等步骤，维护准确的案件文档，跟踪回复时限，确保按时履行对监管承诺，从案件中提炼共性问题与流程短板，为合规优化及项目汇报提供依据； 2、监管响应协调：作为数据保护机构、政府部门及监管机构问询响应的运营负责人，牵头协调工作，与法务、公共政策团队紧密协作，确保回复准确、一致并符合的官方立场，支持正式函件、证据材料及后续沟通文件的准备工作； 3、项目与计划执行：推动问询项目重点工作落地，包括流程优化、问询框架搭建及跨部门协同项目，管理项目时间线，跨团队协调，并向相关方及时同步计划进展与阻碍； 4、合规风险与流程优化：通过问询处置识别流程短板与系统性风险，与隐私与数据保护办公室（PDPO）同事及跨部门伙伴合作，优化问询工作流、升级路径及内控机制，通过更完善的运营设计助力降低监管风险与声誉风险； 5、洞察分析与知识管理：将问询数据与案件经验整合为结构化报告，供管理层及全球相关方参考，支持团队知识管理工作，包括事实库、案件先例跟踪及内部汇报材料整理。

1、具备2年及以上从事隐私合规、法务运营或相关领域工作经验，有直接处理问询、相关部门请求或相关事务的经历； 2、能够深刻理解隐私与数据保护框架及其在平台型企业中的适用，包括《欧盟通用数据保护条例》、《欧盟数字服务法》或同等规范；了解未成年人安全、数字健康、人工智能相关议题者优先； 3、具备出色的项目管理能力，能够同时处理多个在办案件与工作流； 4、具备优秀的英文书面沟通能力，有起草或协调申报材料、合规报告、正式函件的经验；中英双语优先； 5、能够在外部监督、形势复杂多变的环境中开展工作，具备良好判断力，知晓何时上报上级以及传达风险信息；有与法务、公共政策、研发团队跨部门协作经验者优先，熟悉互联网平台产品、数据处理及消费型科技平台环境者优先。
