1、负责悟空浏览器激励场景策略优化，包括但不限于：激励任务（金币体系），电商权益（券与返现），营销玩法等；持续探索新的激励模式； 2、了解用户心理，熟悉营销套路；建设场景功能，设计数值策略，建设ROI体系；通过利益牵引，提升用户粘性，长期贡献平台利润； 3、针对不同用户，不同场景，结合用户洞察与数据分析挖掘价值洼地，差异化激励营销方案，持续优化用户规模，变现效率，并兼顾用户体验； 4、跨团队协作，终极目标对齐，获取资源支持，管理项目进度，保障需求落地；针对业务难点，产出具有长期价值的优化思路，并拆解成可执行的短中长期需求。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、数学/统计相关专业优先； 2、对互联网广告领域感兴趣，逻辑思维能力强，对数据敏感，能够通过数据推理发现问题，对主流平台激励场景有了解加分； 3、具备表达沟通、资源协调、项目管理、进度把控等，如有复杂项目攻坚经历更佳；有广告/电商/营销策略经历更佳； 4、有自驱力，善于学习，对工作有责任心，时刻保持激情活力。
