1、负责字节跳动自研交换机产品的结构整机需求分析和系统方案设计，协同产品研发团队确定产品的系统架构； 2、协助研发团队完成自研交换机硬件设计、整机设计、仿真等，负责自研交换机产品的结构整机设计，包括结构设计、工业设计、电缆设计以及包装设计； 3、负责分析和解决产品开发过程中的结构工艺、生产、组装和可靠性等问题，系统的解决结构件导致的产品问题； 4、负责自研交换机结构相关新技术的探索与创新。

1、本科及以上学历，机械设计、机械工程等相关专业； 2、具有多年以上交换机等网络通信设备结构设计工作经验，熟悉产品结构设计、整个开发流程； 3、熟练掌握熟练掌握CAD、CAM、CAE 等设计软件与有限元分析工具，具备出色的结构设计与分析能力； 4、能够合理选择材料并优化结构设计，熟悉注塑，硅胶，钣金，铸造，型材等模具工艺； 5、具备良好的团队协作精神与沟通能力，自我驱动力强，工作认真负责、严谨细致。
