1、3年以上服务端开发经验，具备高并发分布式系统设计研发经验，丰富线上系统问题处理经验； 2、精通Go开发或者有意向转Go，有较强的架构能力和良好代码规范； 3、较强的工作责任心和良好的沟通协调能力，有较强的中长期规划能力； 4、具有良好的领域建模能力和抽象设计能力，对可扩展性、稳定性、性能、质量有特别的执着； 5、具有复杂项目管理和执行的经验，有较好的产品意识，关注数据； 6、计算机、通讯、数学等相关专业，有电商、外卖、团购等相关电商类业务开发经验者加分。
