1、2年以上效果广告、电商领域服务商管理、达人合作等相关领域经验，熟悉广告和达人平台代理体系； 2、具备较强的谈判能力和成本优化意识，数据驱动决策； 3、跨团队协作能力强，推动业务、产品落地合作模式和产品方案； 4、对行业信息保持敏感，具备自驱和探索意识。
