1、对食品生鲜次日达品类的增长负责，设计基于品类差异化的招商/商家成长/场域联动等策略，并推动数据监控机制搭建； 2、测算并承接次日达业务目标，制定不同品类的具体任务，规划达成路径和策略；跟踪目标达成进度和风险，及时进行具体问题的分析和优化； 3、具备完整的次日达业务运营思路和视野，进行预算分配，分析评估资源的使用策略和效率，实现钱效最大化，支撑目标达成； 4、对次日达业务的选品组品有一定的理解，找到关键驱动要素，不断完善品类结构和丰富度，实现行业转化率增长。

1、具备电商平台商品、商家运营经验和目标管理/经营分析经验； 2、具备良好的数据分析能力和敏锐的商业判断力，擅长结构化思维和表达，擅长沟通和协同； 3、理解商家的经营视角，能够洞察本质，挖掘机会点，并能够协调整合资源、强力推动各方落地； 4、愿意深入一线，具备良好的表达和沟通协作力，具备务实求真的工作态度、有自驱力和责任心； 5、熟练使用Excel、SQL等数据分析工具。
