1、参与广告主账户风险识别体系的搭建与优化，负责具体子模块的建模工作，覆盖超投、盗用、低质账户识别、账号买卖、账号异常检测、营销反作弊、广告主投放风险等核心风控场景； 2、运用NLP、图算法、大模型等前沿技术，处理广告主文本信息（如资质描述、推广内容）、挖掘账户关联关系（如团伙作案网络）、构建异常检测模型，提升风险识别准确率与召回率； 3、深度参与风控模型从0到1的全链路落地，包括数据清洗、特征工程（时序特征、图特征、文本Embedding）、模型训练（深度学习、大模型后训练）、效果评估及线上部署监控。

1、计算机、数学、统计学等相关专业本科及以上，具备扎实的编程基础和数据结构算法功底，对解决复杂技术问题有热情，对待数据严谨细致（1-3年算法经验或优秀应届生）； 2、核心技术栈（满足以下至少一项）：熟悉深度学习技术栈（BERT、文本分类、命名实体识别、语义匹配），有文本挖掘或内容理解项目经验；熟悉图算法（Graph Embedding、GNN、社区发现、异常检测），能使用DGL/PyG等工具进行图神经网络建模；了解大模型应用（Prompt Engineering、SFT微调、RAG构建、大模型后训练），有使用LLM解决实际业务问题的经验； 3、工程能力：熟悉Hive、Spark等大数据处理工具，熟悉TensorFlow/PyTorch等深度学习框架，具备较强的数据分析与实验设计能力； 4、软性能力：优秀的学习能力与逻辑思维能力，能快速理解广告业务场景；具备良好的团队协作精神，善于沟通，工作积极主动。

加分项： 1、有广告风控、金融风控、账号安全、反作弊等相关实习或项目经验，熟悉超投、盗刷、薅羊毛等黑产攻防手段； 2、在Kaggle、天池等数据竞赛中获得过奖项，或有顶会论文（CCF-A/B类）、高质量技术博客/开源项目贡献； 3、具备多模态建模经验（融合文本、图结构、时序行为数据）。
