1、对接客户，提供优质度量服务，助力客户深入理解其平台投放表现； 2、与销售及产品团队协同开展战略咨询，推动并落地最佳实践，为客户设计定制化测试方案； 3、管理客户反馈，确保客户诉求能有效传递至产品及合作伙伴团队； 4、与出海业务领导层协作，持续为相关客户及区域团队提供专业的度量视角支持； 5、与产品及合作团队配合，协助明确该地区度量合作的优先级排序。

1、有在电商，游戏&App应用等领域用户增长，用户运营或者数字媒体,效果广告投放的工作经验； 2、有出海广告投放与度量工作经验优先、有增量,转化率,归因,生命周期价值等度量技术经验优先； 3、具备定量领域相关本科学历或相关科学,数学,运营,商业,数字营销或研究领域的硕士研究生学历优先； 4、具备出色的时间管理和强目标导向，有广告公司或处理过复杂市场营销数据的工作经验者优先； 5、有数据分析并熟悉SQL、Hive和R等技术语言者优先。
