1、负责抖音内容理解算法类产品功能和基础内容特征体系的研发与应用，包括CV、NLP、音频等技术在短视频、直播、评论等场景的基础技术支持和落地应用； 2、主要工作方向包括： （1）负责短视频、直播、评论等场景的内容品类和意图识别建设； （2）负责短视频、直播、评论等场景的内容信息总结和关键信息的分析，建设行业领域知识信息； （3）负责多模态技术的研发与应用，提升多模态模型和LLM在业务上的具体表现。

1、具有扎实的机器学习基础，对CV/多模态技术、NLP技术、GPT类技术有深入的理解，数理功底扎实，自学能力强； 2、有扎实的编码能力，熟练使用相关机器学习框架和工程框架； 3、在多模态大模型领域有经验，在短视频、图文算法领域有经验者优先； 4、在计算机科学高水平会议和期刊如NIPS、ICML、CVPR、ICCV、ECCV、IJCAI、AAAI、KDD、SIGIR、WWW、ACL、PAMI、IJCV等发表过论文或有竞赛经验者优先。
