1、负责项目计划、实施、日常管理工作，对项目成本、人员、进度、质量、风险进行有效控制与管理； 2、代表公司与客户方进行项目执行的沟通，作为客户界面统一接口人，对话客户中高层，拉通内部资源成就客户项目价值； 3、配合前端商务、售前支撑拓展，拉通各方资源、引导客户、协助前端规划项目方向； 4、梳理客户组织架构、决策流程、行业数字化能力现状，制定对应的交付策略，带领团队成员与客户一起落地，确保项目成功交付； 5、结合公司产品及战略为泛互通用行业客户及公司战略客户提供数字化转型服务。

1、本科及以上学历，具有ToB企业服务经验，5年以上实际项目管理经验； 2、可以在交付过程中，结合项目范围，设计关键业务架构和业务场景，通过业务蓝图汇报把控项目范围体现项目价值； 3、具有强抗压能力、强责任心、强自驱力，善于积极解决及反馈问题，高效推动项目进展； 4、熟悉项目管理方法和管理工具，能承受一定程度的出差或驻场工作，有PMP、信息系统项目管理师等证书优先考虑； 5、有云基础，大数据交付项目背景，有数据驱动业务提升经验者优先；有支撑过运营商，及传统行业项目经历优先。
