1、负责抖音市场部大型线下活动规划，根据业务制定活动策略，包括不限于大型活动如晚会、行业峰会、展会等； 2、统筹线下大型活动，包括不限于内容策划、创意输出及运营执行，有推动能力，从0-1将项目推进落地并对最终活动效果负责； 3、负责对接业务BP，充分沟通、了解业务痛点，对接外部供应商，将内部需求转化为可执行方案； 4、基于丰富的经验和相关行业资源，对市场有敏锐的洞察力，拥有较强的资讯收集、调研解读和策略分析能力； 5、对于舆论导向理解清晰，善于洞察用户情感诉求，产出对应的活动营销创意。

1、本科及以上学历，3-5年以上科技集团市场活动/文娱演出等活动相关经验； 2、具备较强的营销活动策划能力及活动统筹能力，了解活动组织落地、演出内容策划合作流程和相关制作专业知识，可独立负责市场活动策划、执行，具备应急问题处理能力； 3、善于沟通，具备良好的跨部门协作能力及较高的执行力，主动进行内外部沟通，思维活跃、领悟能力强； 4、有较强的团队合作精神，责任感强，可以快速融入工作。
