1、设计和开发高性能流媒体服务器，支持多种流媒体协议，支持大规模组网； 2、参与流媒体协议和相关新技术的研究和实现，推动产品创新； 3、优化流媒体服务器的性能和稳定性，优化传输协议栈性能； 4、开发基于大模型技术的自动化测试和运维工具，提升代码质量、提升运维效率。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机科学、软件工程或相关专业优先； 2、熟悉高性能网络编程，具有网络协议和多线程编程经验，熟悉常见性能分析工具，有性能优化经验； 3、熟悉Golang或Rust编程语言，能够编写高效、稳定的代码； 4、熟悉至少一种开源流媒体服务器架构与代码，如NGINX RTMP、SRS、ZLMedia等； 5、熟悉常见的音视频编码（如H.264、H.265等），常见流媒体协议（如FLV、HLS等）；熟悉QUIC、MoQ协议优先，熟悉实时通信协议（如WebRTC）优先； 6、具备良好的团队合作精神和跨部门沟通能力，能够与产品、运营、测试等团队紧密协作。
