1、负责游戏社区的整体运营工作，覆盖国内/国际化主流内容平台，围绕版本节奏规划日常话题、互动活动与运营节点，持续提升存量用户的活跃度与留存，对社区活跃、互动转化等核心指标负责； 2、搭建并运营游戏创作者生态体系，负责KOL/KOC/UGC作者的挖掘、孵化与长期维护，建立分层激励与合作机制，推动攻略、二次创作、同人、实况等优质内容的稳定产出，形成可持续的内容生态； 3、主导社区舆情管理工作，建立日常舆情监测与预警机制，及时识别潜在风险；在版本更新、重大活动及突发事件期间，联动策划、客服、公关、市场等相关团队制定并执行应对方案，输出舆情分析与复盘报告； 4、搭建并维护社区运营数据指标体系，覆盖粉丝规模、活跃度、留存率、互动转化、创作者产出等核心维度，定期输出运营分析报告，为版本节点与运营策略迭代提供数据支撑； 5、深入一线玩家群体，系统收集并结构化整理玩家反馈，向项目组同步社区声音，推动产品体验与版本内容的持续优化。

1、本科及以上学历，4年以上游戏社区运营相关工作经验，有ARPG、MMO或动作品类项目运营经验者优先； 2、深度体验过主流动作类产品，对动作品类玩家画像、社区文化与内容偏好有深度理解； 3、熟悉国内/国际化主流内容平台的生态规则与运营玩法，具备创作者运营、UP主维护或同人生态搭建的实操经验； 4、具备良好的舆情判断力与风险应对能力，有处理版本重大舆情、负面发酵等实际案例经验，能够独立输出应对方案并协调相关方落地； 5、具备优秀的文字表达与内容策划能力，熟悉游戏玩家的沟通语境与社区文化，能够产出符合玩家偏好的高质量内容； 6、熟悉主流AIGC工具，能够借助AI提升内容产出、素材分析、舆情整理与运营复盘效率，具备责任心与跨团队协作能力，能够适应版本节点与突发事件的工作节奏，具备同人创作、Cosplay、二次创作产出、游戏主播或公会管理等相关经验者优先。
