1、基于量化分析能力，提供洞见以支持业务决策，帮助业务实现快速增长； 2、主动思考业务、发现业务痛点问题，深入探索并分析业务数据，识别并实现关键优化点，制定具体可执行的策略，与相关团队协作确保优化策略有效执行，并监测其对业务增长的影响； 3、设计和分析业务相关的A/B测试，评估优化效果，进行业务动作的分析评估； 4、深度理解LBS各业务域的目标及现状，基于业务设计合理健全的指标体系，通过对指标的深入分析和挖掘，给出有价值的决策建议。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，数学、统计学、计算机科学等相关专业优先； 2、精通SQL，具备使用R、Python或其他编程语言的实践经验，具有运用机器学习技术（如回归、分类、聚类等）进行分析的能力； 3、对数据具有敏感性，能快速理解商业逻辑，能揭示数据与业务之间的关联，利用数据进行业务建模和定量推理； 4、具有较强的自驱力，成长诉求强烈，具备出色的沟通能力和跨部门团队协作能力。
