1、负责悟空浏览器激励营销场景策略优化，以用户规模和收入为目标，包括但不限于：激励任务（金币体系）、电商权益（券与返现）、营销玩法等；持续探索新的激励模式； 2、了解用户心理，熟悉营销套路；建设场景功能，设计数值策略，建设ROI体系；通过利益牵引，提升用户粘性，长期贡献平台利润； 3、针对不同用户、不同场景，结合用户洞察与数据分析挖掘价值洼地，制定差异化激励营销方案，持续优化用户规模、变现效率，并兼顾用户体验； 4、跨团队协作，对齐终极目标，获取资源支持，管理项目进度，保障需求落地；针对业务难点，产出具有长期价值的优化思路，并拆解成可执行的短中长期需求。

1、获得本科及以上学历，计算机、数学、统计相关专业优先； 2、有扎实的数据分析能力、逻辑能力，有广告、电商、激励策略经历更佳； 3、具备用户理解、业务理解、行业理解、平台理解能力，主流电商平台、激励广告场景深度用户更佳； 4、具备表达沟通、资源协调、项目管理、进度把控及业务判断能力，有复杂项目攻坚经历更佳； 5、有自驱力，善于学习，对工作有责任心，时刻保持激情活力。
