日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、对抖音电商业务在不同场景下敏感数据（如用户隐私数据、商业敏感数据等）进行安全评测，并推进业务侧完成风险加固和安全技术治理专项落地； 2、对电商全量API进行持续资产识别和梳理，制定和完善API安全基线，优化不同场景下的API安全管控方案，并协同各方建设API安全生命周期管理体系和能力； 3、结合电商C类/B类等业务特性，进行威胁建模和风险监控，结合流量、账号等基础数据进行风险挖掘及定位；进行安全响应和事件处置，推动业务方及时修复风险点； 4、负责对电商隐私数据的安全架构进行设计，持续完善生态开放业务的安全管控能力的建设，制定ISV安全标准和检测方案，推动生态伙伴完成数据安全防护能力的持续提升； 5、建立有效的数据风险感知指标和量化评估指标，提前预知安全风险的变化，持续度量数据安全的风险态势。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机科学、信息安全、网络安全或相关专业； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础，熟悉操作系统、网络、数据库等核心原理；掌握数据安全基础知识（数据分类分级、加密、访问控制、脱敏等），了解常见Web/API安全漏洞及防护方法，具备基本的威胁建模与风险评估思维； 3、熟悉至少一种编程语言（Python/Java/Go优先），具备脚本编写和自动化能力，有安全工具使用或开发经验者优先； 4、能熟练运用AI辅助工具提升敏感数据分析、告警检测定性等效率；对AI自身的安全风险（提示词注入、模型越狱等）有基本认知，关注AI在数据安全自动化领域的应用； 5、逻辑清晰，自驱力强，具备良好的沟通协作能力；有CTF、安全漏洞提交或安全实习经验者优先。
