1、负责目标管理/预估，基于历史数据、行业趋势与业务情况等，提出目标调整或执行优化建议，推动各业务部门达成经营目标； 2、搭建业绩盯盘体系，通过日报/周报/月报追踪目标达成进度，识别异动并归因，输出预警及改进方案； 3、主导销售团队专项分析，联动运营、产品、战略等多方团队，识别行业生意机会、广告投放、专项中的瓶颈，整合洞察业务痛点，输出行业研究及系统化解决方案； 4、数据基建的完善和迭代，从业务角度出发，推动数据基建推动BI看板、自动化报表等工具迭代，提升分析效率，制定标准化分析、异动归因框架，提升销售团队自主分析能力； 5、协同部门负责人输出月度、季度战略会议数据分析支持，并撰写分析报告等。

1、3年以上经营分析、策略等研究背景工作经验，有数据分析、数据化运营、广告行业等相关经验优先； 2、优秀的数据敏感度，有丰富的数据挖掘、信息采集整理和逻辑分析能力，能熟练掌握目标拆解模式、快速定位业务问题本质； 3、优秀的跨部门沟通能力和资源整合能力，能够独立开展研究项目，有较强的逻辑思维能力； 4、熟练使用SQL和Tableau或其它数据分析工具优先。
