1、负责客户对接过程中的技术问题与诉求，保障客户顺利使用产品，及时响应，提升客户满意度； 2、负责代码级问题的诊断，具备查阅代码的能力，跟踪并推进问题解决进度，向客户提供技术培训； 3、归纳总结技术问题，沉淀规范的问题排查解决文档，提升AI智能问答模型的准确度； 4、发掘聚类问题，洞察效率、稳定性、产品功能、客户体验等多方面提升点，推动产品正向优化，提升产品在行业内的竞争力。

1、计算机相关专业，本科及以上学历； 2、熟悉至少1～2个方向： 1）精通一门语言Java、Python、JavaScript、Go等，熟悉网络前后端开发和常见框架； 2）熟悉一个或多个大数据开源组件，如Hadoop/Spark/Flink/Hive/Presto/Trino/Doris/StarRocks/Iceberg/Paimon/Hue/DolphinScheduler/Kyuubi等； 3）熟悉Linux/Unix系统、网络、硬件相关知识，熟悉Docker、Kubernetes/Istio等容器技术和工具，有云平台经验优先； 4）熟悉OLAP引擎，熟悉数据库存储引擎或者分布式存储相关模块设计实现（如ClickHouse、Greenplum、MySQL、Doris、K/V等）； 3、具备大数据产品问题的问题排查能力，具备快速定位问题能力，具备多线程并行工作能力； 4、具备良好的客户服务意识与团队协作意识，责任心强，具备良好的沟通表达与自驱力。

加分项： 1、有云平台使用或运维经验优先，有To B项目交付经验优先； 2、具备大数据解决方案设计能力，熟悉业内大数据平台产品、调度系统设计优先。
