1、洞察用户痛点，作为技术接口人维护客情关系，持续提升客户服务满意度，对所服务客户的续约结果负责； 2、深入了解行业大客户的业务场景，与客户高层对话，结合飞书开放能力、AI能力构建解决方案并在客户场景陪跑落地； 3、带领北区外包团队，负责客户交付与日常支持，持续为客户提供高价值的技术支持服务； 4、收集客户使用反馈并形成产品改进建议，协同产品研发团队推动落地； 5、持续学习和提升自身专业度，与内部前后方同事紧密协作并提升问题处理效率，提供令客户满意甚至超出预期的专业技术服务。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先； 2、具备较强的信息检索、需求挖掘、数据分析、应用和创新能力，以及对客沟通能力； 3、具备同理心，能够站在客户、产品研发、客服等不同角色的视角看待问题，并组织不同角色共同推进产品改进与方案落地； 4、有大客户技术支持、AI类解决方案落地经验、英语优秀者优先。
