团结介绍：负责公司大模型信息安全保障体系，持续识别和治理大模型衍生出的新型风险，并建设相应安全产品,保障大模型及其应用在训练、推理和部署等阶段的安全。同时将大模型相关技术应用到安全技术和安全运营领域，实现技术突破，做到效果和效率双提升。

1、参与Agent安全，隐私合规与内容安全等相关模型算法工作，通过对现有的模型输入输出，在特定领域进行模型训练和策略运营，提升大模型防火墙的防护效果； 2、参与大模型各种业务场景的安全优化工作，针对Agent安全，有害内容，隐私脱敏，提示词攻击，幻觉等威胁进行治理，降低业务风险。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、通信、人工智能等相关专业优先，2年以上机器学习/深度学习相关工作经验； 2、有丰富的机器学习/深度学习相关经验，对主流的大模型有相关SFT/GRPO相关技术有实战能力，在NLP，CV，音视频模型相关领域之一，有实际项目经验； 3、扎实的编程技术，熟悉PyTorch或TensorFlow之一，对模型性能优化有经验者优先； 4、较强的自驱力，对技术有热情，喜欢接受挑战，追求极致，有良好的沟通表达能力和团队合作。
