1、深入参与到业务活动的各项资源管理决策；制定各类资源的管理规则、使用规范/流程等，对业务人效指标负责； 2、依据业务节奏，完成现场服务管控和监控体系搭建，对业务线接起率、人均日处理量（CPD）、出勤率等指标负责； 3、负责人力预估和排班的统筹规划，推动人力容量管理，为人效和服务水平负责； 4、加强与各运营团队业务沟通，通过系统搭建及数据分析，建立供应商行为合规管理，打造供应商管理体系； 5、基于业务需求，完成生产力相关数据和产品能力提需推进，确保产品功能上线并达到预期收益。

1、本科及以上学历，对各类规模化团队及其特征有充分的了解，有资源规划、策略及运营经验； 2、有较强的全局视角，可多维度综合定位复杂场景问题，并且能够推动问题解决； 3、有经营意识和数据分析的能力；复杂业务场景或者生产关系下的业务协同能力； 4、对业务有强好奇心和学习能力，自驱力强；具有较好的结构化思考能力和分析能力；敏锐的问题识别能力。
