1、本科及以上学历，具备1年以上产品运营或增长运营相关经验，有意向转产品者优先； 2、有端到端解决的问题，具备执行力与项目统筹能力，能在跨团队协作中解决复杂问题并拿到结果； 3、能从用户视角出发输出高质量的产品解决方案； 4、对AI技术有基础认知，能熟练使用AI辅助日常工作，甚至能用AI创造新的产品能力或优化工作流； 5、拥有强烈的求知欲与学习能力，沟通协作能力佳。
