1、中国区广告业务开展深度分析，内外部数字营销趋势追踪，支持商业化战略分析与业务决策； 2、基于历史数据、预算规划和业务判断，结合收入预测模型和情景模拟，测算各部门的年度/季度目标，形成可执行的目标框架； 3、联合业务、策略和财务，搭建收入、资源、成本、风险评估模型，校准目标与资源、政策的匹配度，识别过高、过低或结构失衡的目标并及时调整； 4、跟踪目标完成进度，结合进度预警和归因分析模型，定期复盘目标设定与实际表现，沉淀可复用的测算方法和拆解机制； 5、跨团队协同（销售、运营、策略、产品、财务等），推动目标设定、任务下发与激励政策形成闭环。

1、5年以上行业研究/战略规划/商业分析/经营分析相关经验；有广告、商业化或目标管理相关经验优先； 2、数据能力扎实，熟练使用SQL或其他数据工具，具备基本建模能力（如回归、分类、优化），并有使用LLM工具的经验，能独立完成收入测算、目标拆解和进度分析； 3、业务理解和沟通推动能力强，能和销售、业务团队讲清目标逻辑，协调多方共识并推动执行落地。
