1、负责抖音/生活服务等业务的整体质量看护，结合服务业务特性及质量管理优秀实践，开展服务质量策划并推动执行，支撑质量目标达成； 2、通过数据指标预警及定期高质量的检核与归类等，及时暴露和纠偏人工客服执行与标准流程不一致的行为，驱动闭环改善； 3、负责专项人工服务和AI服务的质检，识别问题和风险，推动服务交付的流程梳理、优化和重建，提升服务质量； 4、通过激励方案、研判机制的搭建运营等，驱动一线服务场景的异常反馈并升级解决，前置避免批量事故风险； 5、开展质量文化建设，推动各类质量管理与检核制度的迭代完善，沉淀质量运营设计的方法论、机制流程和标准，提升全员的质量意识和质量改进氛围。

1、本科及以上学历，有服务体验相关的质量、流程管理经验优先（有餐饮、酒旅等生活服务业务背景优先）； 2、能够快速学习和适应新业务，擅长多角度发现问题和需求； 3、有较强的服务风险意识，对服务流程体系有认知，具备良好的用户思维和同理心，能及时响应并处理质量风险类问题； 4、逻辑清晰、数据驱动，具备较强的问题挖掘、数据分析和共性问题抽象能力，有较好的沟通协调、跨团队合作能力以及自驱力、主动性。
