1、负责今日头条APP内容质量工作，制定并执行账号的管控规则，为平台安全、内容质量和用户体验负责； 2、以内容风险理解为基础，通过问题发现、用户反馈、数据挖掘等方法发掘账号问题，深入用户行为和消费路径分析，监控新发风险，制定并迭代风险治理方案和能力； 3、通过数据分析、用户研究等方式监控平台内容生态、账号生态，及时发现潜在风险问题并输出策分析结论，并及时调整治理策略； 4、基于生态调控目标，制定并落地账号生态调控的整体策略，实现用户体验提升。

1、本科及以上学历，2年及以上互联网生态治理运营或行业策略运营相关经验，有账号治理、内容平台、媒体工作经验优先； 2、对推荐、内容理解有一定了解，逻辑清晰，有较强的沟通能力和资源整合项目管理与推动能力，自驱力、抗压能力强； 3、有较强的数据分析和逻辑思考能力，能结合客观数据和主观判断，制定合理政策尺度和治理策略； 4、设计合理的指标体系，及时监控风险变化，不断推动规则和治理方案的迭代，保障平台生态健康，发挥出生态治理账号的高杠杆作用。
