1、负责字节跳动国际支付业务所有实体从设立到设立后的公司治理事务，包括对公司所有权结构进行战略规划，牵头成立全球实体，以确保在降低支付成本、提高支付成功率和获取支付牌照等业务目标上取得成效； 2、处理公司注册后事宜，包括但不限于注册信息变更、实体结构和信息维护以及公司文件存档； 3、管理董事会和股东大会流程，包括但不限于规范会议节奏、准备议程和资料包、协调参会人员、记录会议纪要以及制定董事会决议； 4、与合规团队合作，维护持牌实体公司治理相关事宜，包括维护所需的公司治理披露项目（即公司股权结构）；提供所有与公司治理相关的材料，以支持许可证申请、续期、合规和内审；确保适用的政策和程序获得董事会及董事会层面委员会的批准，并保持对董事会层面政策进行定期审查和更新的节奏； 5、制定内部操作流程和政策，以明确与相关团队的合作工作流程，提高效率。

1、本科及以上学历； 2、在公司秘书、公司治理或法律领域拥有5年以上经验，且在跨国金融科技或金融服务行业有相关经验； 3、具备实施公司治理或合规框架的实用知识和经验； 4、出色的英语书面和口头沟通能力； 5、注重结果，对细节有敏锐的洞察力，具备解决问题的能力。
