1、构建直播领域高质量数据体系与评测基准：主导直播场景下多模态数据集的设计与建设，建立覆盖生成质量、交互体验、业务价值的多维度评测体系与量化指标，驱动模型在真实业务场景中的持续迭代与效果提升； 2、推动生成式AI在直播场景的全链路落地：负责互动礼物智能创作、实时特效生成、虚拟形象驱动、智能视频编辑等场景的AI方案设计与工程实现，深度参与模型选型、训练优化、推理加速与线上部署全流程，打造大规模用户可用的AI产品； 3、追踪前沿技术并完成业务化转化：持续跟进扩散模型、视频生成、数字人、端侧推理等前沿方向的技术进展，完成关键算法的复现、适配与优化，并推动其在直播场景中的高效落地与规模化应用。

1、2027届获得硕士及以上学位，计算机视觉、计算机图形学、人工智能、机器学习相关专业优先； 2、具有优秀的编程能力，熟练使用Python与PyTorch等深度学习框架，有良好的工程与代码习惯； 3、熟悉扩散模型、GAN等生成式模型，有图像/视频生成、换装、人脸/人体驱动、数字人、口型/超分等相关研究或项目经验者优先； 4、了解移动端推理与性能优化（如模型量化、算子适配、端侧推理框架），有Unreal/Blender等图形引擎经验、在CVPR/ICCV/ECCV/SIGGRAPH/ACL/ICLR/ICML/NeurIPS等顶会顶刊发表论文者优先； 5、具备优秀的分析与解决问题的能力，对攻克具有挑战性的问题充满热情，具有良好的沟通与团队合作能力。
