1、本科及以上学历，理工或媒体相关专业优先； 2、具备科学普及或科技相关行业2年及以上运营经验者优先； 3、对内容策划有丰富经验，较强内容感，熟悉短视频产品，了解科普内容目标用户人群； 4、对数据敏感，对所从事的行业保持长期的兴趣和热情； 5、工作责任心强，能承受较强的工作压力，具备团队合作精神和良好的沟通能力。
