1、负责千川广告结算优化方向的策略运营，围绕商家投广优化专项、结算诊断体系搭建、投广方法论输出等开展相关工作，提升商家投广效率； 2、负责投广优化专项，包括广告后台引导、结算诊断体系搭建、扶持政策等，帮助商家优化投广结算率； 3、推进投广流量位的监控和策略优化，协同相关团队，帮助商家持续优化投广流量和提升效率； 4、推进商家结算诊断能力建设，包括典型案例分析、问题识别、优化牵引机制、诊断Skill等； 5、结合策略理解和平台产品工具能力，输出面向投广商家的结算优化方法论并宣传推广。

1、本科及以上学历，2年及以上运营岗位经验； 2、具备较强的项目推进和跨团队协同能力，能够推动复杂项目落地； 3、具备较好的数据分析能力和业务理解能力，能基于数据发现问题并提出优化方案； 4、有广告产品运营、B端产品运营、电商商家运营相关经验者优先。
