1、负责基于VLA的L2+智能驾驶功能的道路测试执行，包括高速、城区、快速路、拥堵、泊车等典型场景测试； 2、根据产品需求、测试方案和法规要求，制定并落实道路测试计划，完成测试前检查、测试中记录、测试后复盘； 3、及时发现并记录功能异常、边界场景问题及安全风险，输出标准化测试报告和问题单，推动研发闭环； 4、配合研发、算法、系统、标定等团队进行问题复现、数据回采和现场支持，协助定位问题根因； 5、负责测试车辆、安全员等日常运营管理，确保测试过程合规、安全、高效； 6、参与典型道路场景、长尾问题及产品表现的测试与分析，持续完善道路测试用例与评价标准。

1、大学及以上学历，车辆工程、自动化、电子信息、计算机等相关专业优先； 2、具备3年以上智能驾驶、ADAS、整车集成测试开发工作经验； 3、熟悉L2/L2+智驾功能及基本原理，了解常见功能如ACC、LCC/LKA、AEB、NOA、APA等； 4、具备较强的道路风险识别能力和安全意识，能独立完成测试记录、问题描述和数据整理及归因分析，具备较强的执行力和责任心； 5、熟练使用日志采集、视频回放、数据标注或常见车载测试工具； 6、具备良好的沟通协作能力，能与研发、产品、项目团队高效配合。
