1、负责抖音生活服务商家策略运营，基于数据洞察和市场动态，深入理解不同行业类目商家在抖音生活服务下的完整生命周期的经营策略，联动业务做好新商家、新商品冷启动、潜力商家升级，达成牵引目标； 2、体系化梳理商家不同阶段的核心指标，做好数据分析洞察，找到关键环节的提升机会点并推进相应能力建设； 3、关注行业产品、深入了解真实商家诉求，定期调研并收集反馈，推进能力创新、持续做好产品能力优化； 4、结合行业趋势与平台特性探索其他创新的增长玩法，为业务持续注入新增量机会； 5、推动AI技术在商家成长场景落地，包括AI辅助经营分析、智能策略生成、自动化复盘以及任务推荐等，提升运营效率、策略精准度以及商家任务行动率。

1、本科及以上学历，2年及以上增长/商家运营经验，数据敏感度强，熟练使用Excel、SQL等工具，具备AI数据分析工具（如智能BI、业务大模型）的使用经验，能够从数据与AI分析结果中提炼可落地的业务洞察； 2、对餐饮/酒旅/服务/零售等本地生活行业有业务见解，懂商家真实的经营痛点与决策逻辑； 3、深度理解生活服务的流量分发、内容经营、团购逻辑，有平台策略经验； 4、抓住业务本质，并用第一性原理提出有价值的策略； 5、具备强结果导向意识和资源整合能力，主动推进业务合作，挖掘合作机会，驱动团队指标达成； 6、有AI在本地生活商家运营场景的落地实践经验优先。
