1、营销策略研究与制定：围绕业务目标与市场现状，开展短期、中期及长期市场策略研究，明确运营打法与执行路径；参与市场定位、用户增长、品牌推广、渠道布局、营销投放等方向的策略制定，拆解落地路径、执行计划与评估标准； 2、搭建和优化营销管理体系：围绕行业趋势、产品动态、用户需求、渠道效能、营销活动效果等维度开展系统分析，搭建并持续优化营销管理与分析体系，为营销策划提供策略支持； 3、策略执行跟进与复盘：跟进策略执行过程，定期分析执行数据，开展效果评估与复盘，总结问题与优化方向；支持用户增长、营收提升、品牌曝光等市场目标达成，推动策略持续迭代优化； 4、跨部门协同与推进：协同平台中台、产品、运营、销售等团队，推进跨部门协作方案落地，跟进执行进展与后续优化；主动识别并协调解决策略落地过程中的协同问题，保障目标达成。

1、本科及以上学历，2年以上市场策略运营工作经验； 2、对市场趋势、行业动态、产品策略及商业机制有一定理解，具备业务敏感度，能够从业务发展角度发现问题、分析机会并提出优化建议； 3、具备较好的数据分析能力、逻辑思维与总结表达能力，对数据敏感，熟练使用数据分析工具，具备SQL、Tableau或其他BI工具使用经验者优先； 4、具备良好的项目执行能力和责任心，工作细致认真，学习能力强，保持好奇心和用户视角，能够在明确目标下推动任务落地； 5、具备良好的沟通协调能力和跨部门协作意识，结果导向，能够主动跟进项目进展，清晰表达分析结论并撰写相关方案或报告。
