1、本岗位面向豆包、抖音、生活服务等业务，建设高质量地理位置能力，为AI Agent提供现实世界感知基础，帮助AI更准确理解并服务用户出行需求； 2、参与地理位置中台路网数据生产系统的架构设计、工程开发与性能优化，解决复杂业务场景下的技术问题，保障系统具备良好的可扩展性、高可用性与服务稳定性； 3、团队全面拥抱AI，鼓励并支持将AI深度融入研发流程，覆盖代码生成、文档编写、方案设计、问题排查等日常工作，在真实业务场景中实践AI驱动的研发模式； 4、参与AI+LBS方向的创新探索，我们认为地理位置能力是AI Agent连接现实世界的重要基础，在这里有机会参与定义下一代AI+地图产品形态与技术架构。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、通信等相关专业； 2、具备扎实的编程基础和良好的工程设计能力，熟练掌握Golang、Java、Python、C++至少一种； 3、深入理解计算机基础原理，具备良好的数据结构与算法功底； 4、熟悉常见存储系统与中间件原理，如MySQL、Redis、MongoDB、Elasticsearch、Kafka等； 5、热爱技术，具备较强的学习能力和问题驱动力，能够持续关注并吸收业界前沿技术； 6、对AI技术有热情，愿意主动拥抱新工具和新范式；熟悉AI辅助研发流程，或具备AI项目、大模型应用开发经验者优先。
