1、负责合规平台相关能力的全生命周期管理（从策略制定到落地与持续优化），设计并推动可扩展的平台化解决方案，支持多业务线的策略执行； 2、将复杂策略与规则转化为可复用的产品能力，提升跨团队一致性与效率； 3、与工程、法务及业务团队紧密协作，推动复杂项目高效落地； 4、在合规效果、用户体验与业务目标之间做出合理权衡，建立核心指标体系，并基于数据持续优化产品能力。

1、本科及以上学历，专业不限，2年及以上产品经理经验，有工具平台型产品、LBS合规相关经验优先； 2、具备良好的责任心，优秀的跨团队协作与沟通能力，能够推动复杂项目端到端落地； 3、有较强的业务意识，具备良好的数据分析能力与逻辑思维，数据敏感度高，能从数据中挖掘、分析问题，并产出对应的解决方案。

加分项： 1、有LBS或地理位置基础服务相关产品经验； 2、接触过隐私、安全合规相关业务； 3、英语流利可以作为工作语言。
