1、本科及以上学历，3年以上互联网广告经验，有广告诊断建议/广告投放策略等相关经验优先； 2、具备成熟的团队协作及项目管理能力，有较强的沟通和理解能力，能够推进复杂项目协同； 3、逻辑思维缜密、工作细致有耐心、沟通良好、勇于挑战、善于分析和解决问题、良好的自我管理能力； 4、具备较强的数据敏感度和分析能力，有独立分析和解决问题的能力； 5、英语能支持工作场景沟通。
